It
can be said that Linda Durham was a classic, Some organizers are born, others are made. Linda
was made. She discovered her passion for organizing and for
helping others after she rescued herself from a clutter home and
overwhelming schedule. After a year long journey through attic, closets and
drawers, an organized woman emerged.
As her passion for organizing grew, so did her goals.
As a professional organizer Linda is able to inspire others to
change to a more organized way of living and working. Linda has her Bachelor of Arts degree in Christian
Education from Asbury College in
Wilmore, KY. She worked as
an At-Home-Mom for 9 years then as a Director of Youth Ministry for 3
1/2 years. Upon relocation to Houston, Texas, Linda started her
own business as a Professional Organizer, consultant and speaker.
She is a member of NAPO, the National
Association
of Professional Organizers, The National Study Group on Chronic
Disorganization and is the founder of the only
community of Christian professional organizers; Faithful Organizers. Linda rolls up her sleeves and works alongside her
clients, teaching and doing. She
teaches groups the simple techniques of getting and staying organized.
Linda enjoys inspiring her clients and has been the
owner of Organizing Matters® of Houston, TX, since 1999
She serves the Houston area as well as, travels for speaking
engagements. Linda and her husband live in Houston, Texas with their college aged son and near their daughter and son-in-law. They are proud kitty parents to two SPCA-adopted kitties, ‘Miss Eliza Doolittle’ and 'Katie' and their foundling kitty, Baby. |
Linda
believes change is always possible and that no one is hopelessly
disorganized. Linda is a
person of faith—faith is hope. Change
is always within reach.
